Limitless is a social service agency that serves youths (12-25) that are struggling with their mental well-being. As a youth mental health agency, it’s aim is to create accessible services and support through dismantling barriers to care, to ensure that every young person can access mental health treatment and support regardless of their circumstances.
We work with over 1000 youths every year, providing them with professional treatment through its helpline, casework and counselling programs. More than 90% of the youths in the programs reach out on their own, with rising levels of complex cases coming in in the past years. In 2022, and the first half of 2023, over 40% of the youths who reached out to Limitless have struggled with some form of suicidal ideation.
Limitless is also active in outreach and education, helping youths, parents, educators, and helping professionals better understand mental health and how to help those around them.
About Move for Hope

1. You choose your own challenge
No more set distances! It’s no longer limited to just running or walking!
2. We’ve done away with registration fees
Instead, we’d like YOU to become our mental health champion and decide how much you want to raise!

Our top 50 participants / teams will be invited to join us on the 22nd of October 2023 at MBS where we’ll be doing a fun run to commemorate and thank you all for what you’ve done!
Funds raised from Move for Hope will go on to help us serve & support the many youths who reach out every year. A large portion will go on to be used to cover the cost of treatment and counselling for our beneficiaries.
