About Us

Limitless is a social service agency that serves youths (12-25) that are struggling with their mental well-being. As a youth mental health agency, its aim is to create accessible services and support through dismantling barriers to care, to ensure that every young person can access mental health treatment and support regardless of their circumstances.

We work with over 1000 youths every year, providing them with professional treatment through its helpline, casework and counselling programs. More than 90% of the youths in the programs reach out on their own, with rising levels of complex cases coming in in the past years. In 2023, about 30% of the youths who reached out to Limitless have struggles with some forms of suicidal ideation.

Limitless is also active in outreach and education, helping youths, parents, educators, and helping professionals better understand mental health and how to help those around them.
